The W4C Framework

Making change is easy. Making change that endures is difficult. A chronic problem for organizations is that the changes they implement to improve workplace culture often fade away when organizational transitions occur, such as changes in leadership, staffing, and/or board membership. Our Work 4 Change (W4C) framework and process ensures that the critical changes your organization makes at one point in time gets absorbed and built into the structure, culture, and operation of your organization moving forward. We facilitate change that is sustainable and enduring, not cyclical.

We do this through a 5-step custom-made and integrative approach where we:

  1. ASSESS the nature and scope of the problem(s);

  2. IDENTIFY  how and why the problem(s) persists;

  3. EXECUTE clear and efficient steps to address the problem(s);

  4. INTEGRATE  long-term accountability measures and checks;

  5. DOCUMENT the change process so that organizational memory, knowledge, and skills endure over time.
